The Mission

Following the events of May 9th, we are restructuring our Staff Team from the ground up. We currently operate with a skeleton crew of 3-5 moderators and are looking for dedicated individuals who understand that moderation is a responsibility, not a power trip. Your role will be to ensure the safety of our YouTube community and Touhou fans.

NEW SECURITY PROTOCOL: Due to past administrative abuse by previous staff members, all new recruits will enter an extended Trial Moderator period. This trial will last significantly longer than one week to ensure complete trust and alignment with our community values before full permissions are granted.

Requirements

The Trial Process

Phase 1: Ticket Interview
Open a ticket in the server to express interest. You will be interviewed by the current admin team.

Phase 2: Trial Period
You will receive "Trial Mod" permissions. You will assist in verification tickets and basic chat moderation while being shadowed by a Senior Mod.

Phase 3: Final Review
After your extended trial, we will review your logs and community interactions for full promotion.

How to Apply

We do not use external forms. To apply, you must be a member of the server. Navigate to the #verification-tickets (or recruitment ticket channel) and open a new ticket with the subject "Staff Application."
